By purchasing, installing, or using Promptless (“the Plugin,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Promptless.
2. Description of Service
Promptless is a WordPress plugin that assists users in transforming structured content (including Word documents and written copy) into predefined WordPress page sections using automation and AI-assisted logic.
Promptless does not guarantee:
- SEO rankings
- Conversion improvements
- Performance outcomes
- Compliance with legal, accessibility, or regulatory standards
3. License Grant and Plans
Promptless is licensed on a subscription basis, not sold.

Licenses are:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Limited to the site count of your plan
You may not exceed your plan’s site limit without upgrading.
4. Agency and Client Use
The Agency plan permits use of Promptless on client websites.
Clients may not:
- Reuse the plugin license independently
- Install the plugin on additional sites
- Redistribute or resell Promptless
The license holder remains responsible for compliance.
5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Promptless uses automation and AI-assisted logic.
You acknowledge that:
- AI output may contain inaccuracies
- Output should always be reviewed before publishing
- Promptless is a tool, not a decision-maker
You assume full responsibility for:
- Content accuracy
- SEO compliance
- Legal, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
6. Payments, Renewals, and Billing
Promptless subscriptions are billed annually.
- Licenses renew automatically unless canceled
- Pricing may change upon renewal (with notice)
- Billing and license enforcement are handled by a third-party provider
7. Third-Party Services
Promptless relies on third-party services including licensing, billing, and AI infrastructure.
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or outages caused by third parties
- Changes to third-party service terms
8. Updates and Support
Active subscriptions include:
- Plugin updates
- Access to support (priority support for Studio and Agency plans)
Support does not include:
- Custom development
- SEO consulting
- Content strategy services
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the plugin
- Circumvent license restrictions
- Use Promptless for unlawful or abusive purposes
- Use the plugin to generate spam or malicious content
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access for violations
- Disable licenses exceeding plan limits
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Promptless is provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Promptless is operated.
