Agency is the tier designed explicitly for reselling work. It permits use on sites you build for paying clients, including handoff to client ownership. Solo and Studio are intended for sites you own or actively maintain. If you are a freelancer or agency billing clients for the finished sites, Agency is the right fit. If you are building personal sites or sites for your own business, Solo or Studio works.
A site is a WordPress installation with a public production URL. Staging environments that pair with a production site do not count as a separate site when they use the same license. Local development installations are not counted.
Your existing pages stay rendered as normal HTML in the WordPress database. Section editing features disappear until the plugin is reactivated, but live pages continue to render and can still be edited manually in the WordPress editor. No lock-in.
Yes. Tier upgrades are prorated against the remaining term of your current license. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Reach out through the support channel on the site to upgrade mid-year.
No. Promptless uses yearly licensing. This funds ongoing development, updates, and support, and keeps the product sustainable long term.
Yes. Your first-year price is your ongoing rate. If pricing ever changes for new customers, existing licenses stay at the original rate through their renewal window.
Promptless licenses do not include a standard refund window. Termination of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law. See the Terms page for the full policy. If you have a specific concern, reach out through support.
Both deploy structured sections through Promptless's deployment system. The built-in document AI works from uploaded files or pasted content inside the WordPress editor. The Promptless Connector works by connecting Claude Desktop to your site so you can create and update pages through conversation. The Connector is conversational and bidirectional; the built-in AI is document-oriented. Many agencies use both depending on where the content is coming from.
