The strongest WCUS talks are rooted in what you actually shipped, what actually broke, what you'd actually do differently. Theoretical talks land less; lived-in talks land more.
First-time speakers do well here — a singular perspective from inside the work matters more than years of stage time. If you've got a story or a pattern that helped you and might help others, submit it.
